The garage was partially converted into a study and a new corridor leading from the front door into the new kitchen area.
We started this traditional build in April 2015 and completed the extension in 15 weeks.
A build this size always adds great space and value to any family home. This extension added a new family kitchen, utilty room, a larger dining room, 2 new double bedrooms with an en-suite to the master bedroom. See below for some of the pictures of this side and back extension.
This project is one of our favourites. This project was inspired by the architecture of a HUF HAUS. With the dramatic partnership of timber fascias and glass, this extension was built with its own distinctive character. The architect's details are available on request.
A unique build with a mansard roof to complement the existing architecture in a conservation area. The extension provided the family with an extra bedroom, bathroom, larger lounge and utility room.
This modern-looking extension was built using a steel frame to support the bi-folding doors and glass roof lanterns. The extension was built under the householder’s permitted development rights and created a contemporary kitchen living space.
